Families: You are invited to join our Region South Mental Health Consultants, Miguel García and Gustavo Sagredo, fort his sensitive topic to learn information that is crucial for our Region South families’ well-being. The presentation will help you learn how to identify if your child is at risk of self-injury and suicide; understand the importance of implementing a safety plan to support your child’s overall wellness and reduce the risk for suicidal behaviors and/or self-injurious behaviors; learn to identify school and community resources to support your child should they need to be connected to Mental Health services and supports; discuss the importance of implementing self-care strategies as you support your family
